hello guys am trying to swap instrument cluster but no go its the same adapter but its shows no life my old essy part number is fl1t-10849-kc and my new one is gl1t-10849-ef how can i do it?

I seriously doubt you will be able to make this work! Especially if you are getting no life and no connection to the 2017 IPC! The Part numbers are too different as in the Prefix number(the important part of the Ford Part numbers which must match) has to be the of the same Part Number series (FL1T). In other words, the part fits the same build type and year!
GL1T is from a different build run and year and I hope you have not damaged it by attempting this(Vbatt + Power and Ground - are possibly on different pins even though the Harness connectors may plug right in)!

The suffix number (KC or EF) is less important(denotes Part hardware and Part number revisions within the same build) but generally needs to have at least one character matching in order to interchange!

Sorry but that is why Ford does not recommend cross installing modules!

From the part numbers, it seems you are tying to replace clusters from different trim models (base model/high trim). I would suspect that the cluster you received is damaged.
