There is no option to update module firmware for the modules of ford explorer 2007 4.0L in forscan. is there any way to add it

That is still being worked on by the FORscan team! It willl be added to the 2.4.x version branch when the team can get the process to run reliably! Also be aware that the process for PCM updates also requires an adapter with the DLC pin No. 13, 18 Volt signal capability Called FEPS! These include a Ford VCM2 or 3, a J2534-2 adapter like the CARDAC+(Ford Lists this adapter line as working for FRDS/FJDS) or a vGate vLinkerFS!
