Hello
I have an old Transit 2001 102 hp 2.0l diesel
What do the two values mean?
Out_Code and Out_Code_Bit
For me, Out_Code is 18816224
and Out_Code_Bit is 1
what does that mean?
And why does the MIL light in my PCM show as ON even though it is off?
For FIP Test 1 and Test 2 Eeprom checksum is OK
Eeprom hardware is a bug. How can that be?
Thank you for your help
Can someone please explane this

Hello. What do you want to do? Fuel pump initialisation?
Outcode is with 6 characters. For this car usualy PATS is with Time Coding not with Outcode.
what fault code do you have in PCM ?
What OBD tool do you use?

Hello. The car no longer starts. I don't want to program anything, I just wanted to understand the meaning of the data read out.
I use the Vgate vLinker FS
I've gotten so far in my troubleshooting that I'm almost certain that the error is in the control unit or a stuck valve. It should give me values that show me the setpoint value of the metering valve and the actual value of the valve. Unfortunately I can't find these values. Could you please tell me what these values are called?
Is it possible to see how much pressure the injection pump delivers on a 2001 Transit 100 HP 2.0 liter engine? What is this value called?
I have two implausible values under FIP. Reference signal of the crankshaft position sensor CSRS_FIP this value constantly jumps between 250 and 65535
and then switching cycle of FIP actuator valve TIM_VLV_DC this value goes to error as soon as I press the accelerator pedal. Can someone please help me with these problems?
Thank you
Thanks

Re: Can someone please explane this
Sounds like it is having trouble regulating the fuel pressure. I think what your asking about is the commander and actual fuel rail pressure. As the pump doesn’t have a pressure. The pump will have a control valve on either it’s input or output side to regulate the rail pressure. You may for example have a bad rail pressure sensor or control valve.
The pids would be in live data and called something like rail pressure actual and rail pressure commanded. There may also be a pid for the difference between the two.

Hello first thank you for your help.
But what ist with the PID CSRS_FIP data? Why is it jumping between 256 the 65535 up an down? From what the FIP get this data? Is it possible that the crank shaft sensor is broken?
I feel like I've been on the wrong path the whole time. I don't think it's the pressure anymore. I think that this PID CSRS_FIP which jumps back and forth between characters 256 and 65535 indicates the problem. As soon as I accelerate, the PID TIM_VLV_DC goes to ERROR and I think the engine goes into emergency mode

Re: Can someone please explane this
I replaced the crankshaft sensor but the error is still there. Can someone please tell me what the value in forscan CSRS_FIP is all about. Where does this value come from? Which sensor is responsible for this?
Thank you for your help

Really nobody who can me explain the PID CSRS_FIP
What does it mean? Where get this PID it's data?
