PATS ISSUE b10d7:87-2f missing message bcmii

Hi new to for-scan wondering if someone can shine some light. Short story 2012 focus 1.6tdci snapped a timing belt, replacement engine ordered and fitted. Once fitted and ready to fire and run put new battery back on. Car was sat with a low charged battery for 4months to stop alarm going of when locked. When installing new battery to the car the alarm sounded and I grabbed my key fob and pressed the open door button to silence alarm. Jumped in key in ignition to crank over to find immobiliser active message on dash. Ran forscan tool on the car and getting code B10d7:87-2f in bcmii module pats key missing message. What is the issue here has the car forgot the key codes for the keys while in a discharged state? If so is it as easy as having the keys reprogrammed to the bcm ? Two keys originals as far as I’m aware with the car. Was hoping that I could do key coding from the forscan but it’s not listed in my service options list. Many thanks to any help retaled as to where to start next with this. Jack
