EGR Cooler bypass valve 99.96%

Hi all, ive noticed that my EGR cooler bypass valve is constantly on 99.96% on my 2012 SMAX 2.0tdi 163 powershift

is this something to worry about?

I would say that if there are no warning lights or DTCs there is nothing to worry about.
