F150 pcm/tcm calibration files

Maybe someone can help clarify for me. Forscan shows that I have the latest file for my pcm/tcm. I know that’s it’s nearly 3 years old so I am trying to see if there is a way to confirm that.

I just rebuilt the 10r80 trans for the cdf drum and want to make sure I have the latest software. Is the forscsn firmware files the latest database? Is there a way to punch in my vin on fords website and confirm the latest calibration file?
