Ford E450 2024 electric vehicle conversion compatibility

Hello,

I would like to have support for our electric schoolbuses based on a Ford E450 2024.

I have been a long time Forscan user and have joined a company that now produces 350 vehicles per year and on my recommendations, most of our repair bays currently use Forscan to connect to our vehicles for diagnostic of OEM systems.

We have to emulate a gasoline engine to allow for Forscan to connect but we are still limited to NO diagnostic on our fully UDS compliant electric system. We can modify all ID's necessary to be identified correctly, but ECU cal id's attached to Ford E450 profiles in Forscan are only gasoline oriented

I would be more than willing to discuss this with anyone from Forscan who can help to finally get a decent connection using this tool.

why not just save the profile of a gas powered unit & use that on the conversions?
Thats what I do with IDS for vehicles with aftermarket tunes

Because it only gives access to gasoline standard equipment.

I would like to be able to list my DTC's and other modules as an electric platform would (IE: Ford F150 Lightning).
