Executing Service Procedure - on first read of BCM

I've just purchased a vLinker USB and extended licence.
I've plugged into my Tourneo Connect, tried to "Play" the BCM configuration. Both the "AsBuilt" and other line.
In both cases, it reads modules upto 4 then stops with "Executing Service Procedure" and 0% still showing at the bottom.
I have to click "stop".
Only Tyre management options then show.

I've tried with engine on so I have higher voltage.
I've tried clearing all faults.
Any other ideas?

I've not tried to update anything at all yet.
