Hi, can i clone the ecu from a ford mondeo from 2000 ?

At the moment this is not possible. Configuration of PCM is not supported yet.
You can program new keys for PATS,
However configuration can be done by ford dealer with VCM and IDS software only.

do you know which eeprom inside safe the immo informations ?

Just use the Pats option in forscan to replace ecu
