Hi guys after a problem with severe battery drain and a broken wire to the sync 1 system on my Ford Kuga mk2 2016 2 ltre diesel I repaired wire fitted new battery old battery was from 6/2016 I have lost comunications codes will taking it back using asbuilt code help or brick my car.

Yeah that’s a lot of codes. I see many are communication codes for what are probably can bus modules. You may wanna do some basic network tests to check the network is all there and has no interference. How much you can test will depend on what equipment you have. I think FORScan can probably do some basic network test. You can also check for newtwork integrity using a multimeter set to ohms, connect your meter probes to pins 6 and 14 of the obd port, those are can high and low, you should find 60 ohms between those pins. Higher or lower resistance would tell us a lot. If you have an obd breakout box and a scope then scope the network and check the signal looks good. I would start there as it should only take a short time.

Yeah 6 is can high and 14 is can low on obd2. There are two 120 ohm terminating resistors one at each end of the network. If all wires are connected properly end to end then you should find 60 ohms between those pins.
