Spreadsheet for 2025 Lincoln Nautilus

Does anyone know where I can find a spreadsheet for my 2025 Nautilus? I've already downloaded the As Built Data Sheet. Now I need a spreadsheet (or some effective method) to know which codes to change for each feature I want changed. Thank you.

I am also looking for info on 2025 Nautilus. Just trying to get the drivers seat belt chime's off. Can't seem to get anywhere.
