PATS SYSTEM (SECURITY ACCESS DENIED)

Good morning everyone, how are you? Well, I have the following situation here. I changed a BCM in the vehicle (Ford Focus 2.0 2015). However, it is necessary to initialize the modules so that the vehicle can start, and when starting the procedure, FORScan gives me a message (security access) denied. Could someone help me and tell me what this security access actually is? Because I installed the license thinking that it would be the one that granted access, but from what I saw, it is not. Timed Security access is used to prevent car being stolen or hijacked,you need to wait this time frame before you can access to PATS programming,the laptop should be connected to the internet.
