IPC not shown in Forscan

I got an Adapter OBDlinkEX to be able to use my registered forscan on 2016 2.2 Transit minibus to delete Power Step as you have to go through the Driver program on steering wheel ( i think Hall sensor is Kaput). Any advice please? Regards fron Grollie.
