anyone! have this trouble? they change the battery twice, in the first attempt the unit is functionally fine and after a few days the battery drain up, and they change the battery then, the steering column lock service appeared n screen and the car wont start nor crank, they called me and i try to battery reset and BMS but the code still appeared, i check the bcm and steering column but i didnt see any broken parts. i try forscan but theres nothing pats function. cause steering column lock programming is on the pats. anyone help me or help me where to buy fdrs/ids account cause my card not authorize by this time always.

If the steering column lock does not engage as it should when the ignition switch/push button is turned off the ignition shutdown sequence will not complete properly and will stop the vehicle modules going in to sleep mode, this will drain a battery quickly and an incomplete shutdown will also prevent the start up sequence
