Hi, I am using a Vgate FS and a paid for ver of Forscan and trying to reset a C102D on a Ford C-Max Energi. I get a connection and all the modules show green but for the C102D, but when I select the reset DTC I get an UNABLE TO READ DTC. I need to exit Forscan and reload several times and retry before I manage to clear the code.
I need to take my laptop with me when driving, because when I get the service power steering warning, say, on a trip to the store, when I come out I need to clear the code.
I have an appointment with Fords, but not until next month and I'm hoping it's not the rack? it all started by my driving on a flat tire.
