Intermittent P0299 code

Ford fiesta 2020 mk8 rear turbo.

So as the title suggests I've had error code P0299
3 times over 4 weeks

Mainly when accelerating in 3/4 gear.

Spanner came up and logged p0299.

Lost boost completly

Pull over turn car off, then on and back to normal.
I've had the car for around 7 months, I've given it a full service myself, upgraded ngk sparks and induction kit.

I've also had a sneaky suspicion that the waste was sticking as throttle response can be a bit unpredictable at sometimes.

I've got forscan on my laptop and forscan lite on my mobile.

I've checked all the vacum lines/valves and all seem good.

I logged this video a few days ago and pretty certain it shows the waste gate sn't working efficiently.

I'll be replacing the intake cross pipe and induction pipes on Friday.
