Hello,
I have a Ford Transit Custom 2019.75MY 2.0 EcoBlue (Duratorq) with PATS distributed (BCM + PCM + ABS).
Forscan (v2.4.18 beta, Extended License) detects my keys correctly (2 keys stored), but the van does not start (immobilizer active, key light stays solid).
Problem:
In the BCMii PATS menu, I only see the following options:
Show distributed PATS scheme
Program ignition key
Erase and program keys
Initialize steering column lock
Spare keys programmable (disabled)
But I do not see the option “Module Initialization (BCM–PCM)” which is required to re-synchronize BCM and PCM in the distributed PATS system.
Setup:
Interface: vLinker FS USB (recommended adapter)
Forscan version: 2.4.18 beta
Extended License active until 2025
Modules detected: PCM, BCMii, ABS all present
Could you please provide a newer test build (2.4.19 or higher) that enables the PATS Module Initialization option for this vehicle?
Thank you very much!

Hi there, unfortuntely the forscan team do not monitor forum posts. If you have particular problems you can contact them via the forum.
Have you checked within the pcm options in case its in there?
It may not be an available option for that model at the moment but if you contact them and send the relevant info they can possibly sort that.
There are stickies on the forum explaining how to do most things.
cheers
