Vgate vLinker no mode detection

Hello,
I have a Vgate vLinker FS OBD2 USB, but I can't read my injectors and FAP data on Forscan. I have a one-year license.
Can you help me?
My vehicle is a 2012 Ford CMax 2L TDCI 140hp Titanium.
