My laptop HD crashed. I installed a new SSD installed Windows 11, now have new Hardware ID, so I receive a message "Hardware ID doesn't match" when trying to use my license key.
How can I get this fixed?

Two month Trials will have to register for another Free trial key as there is no way to change it to another Hardware ID and you are limited to two Trial keys per User Name and email address and there is no official FORScan Support for these(work around use different user name and Email)!
Paid licenses have been known to license on up to three Separate hardware IDs using the original Paid Activation Code( hope you saved the invoice and activation code email)!
