TCCM - Can't Access As-Built Data to save.

Post by jjnssn »

I am working to troubleshoot a trailer gain issue with my 2018 F150 3.5L Ecoboost with Max Tow Package.

In the process, I started by backing up all modules. When I get to the TCCM Module, I can’t access the TCCM module. I have backed up all other AS-BUILT MODULES without issue.

I have a rear wire harness on order and am thinking some of these issues could be related wiring issues.

However, here is the information I have pulled from Forscan in the meantime.

TCCM - Transfer Case Control Module

Calibration Level: HL3A-7H417-GC (latest know: HL3A-2C219-AL)

(OK) [12:13:33.204] Test completed successfully, no errors found

However when attempting to access the TCCM I get the following
(OK) [12:16:07.835] TCCM Module configuration (AS BUILT format) has been started
(WARN) [12:16:09.493] Reading data from ECU...
(ERR) [12:16:09.542] Service procedure has been interrupted

REBOOT TCCM
(OK) [12:19:00.418] TCCM Module Reboot has been started
(OK) [12:19:05.500] Please wait...10 seconds
(OK) [12:19:22.096] Service procedure completed successfully.

After reboot, I get the same access issues.

Any thoughts or feedback will be greatly appreciated.
