Bit of a weird one and it only happens on a 2011 C Max 2.0 Diesel.
Whenever I plug the laptop in to read DTCs, the IPC trip computer, mpg and clock on the centre dash get reset.
Doesn't happen on any other Ford I've used it on.
What could be the problem? Battery voltage is fine (new battery).
