power to heater control after replacing BCM

I have a 2011 f150 replaced BCM with used one, after Code for short to battery. Now heater control power is intermittent. replaced BCM again same thing happens no power from BCM to heater control when cold. AC worked good all summer long.Could BCM be coded for auto climate control or dual temp control?
