2012 F250 6.7 FORScan connection issues

Few weeks back I was forced to change batteries on a the truck. They were 5 years old and wouldn’t hold charge anymore. Prior to changing I tried to start the truck one more time with jumper box. And nothing. All lights on (getting power from jump box) but not turn over. Just all lights go out while Turning ignition. Then back on after letting key go. I swap to new motor craft batteries. Same issue of no turn over. I can jump it via connector near passenger battery but will only turn over no start, and no glow plugs or fuel pump (seems like PATS). But I have no flashing PATS light. I can not connect FORScan or hp tuner or regular scan tool to the truck. Truck is tuned. Won’t read truck. What do I do now?
