Programming fobs to 2023 Explorer PIU

Hello all, happy holidays!

I just recently purchased a 2023 Explorer PIU and it came with 3 PATS keys and 0 fobs. In turn, I did a few days worth of research and went down to the dealership and purchased 2, three button fobs (GB5Z15K601C). Now I cannot find the settings anywhere in FORScan. The original window sticker states 'Keyless Entry - 4 fobs' so I know it is in there. I was able also able to get the vehicle setup in the ford app and that gives me access to the door locks and remote start but it is slow and I would like the fobs. AI has exhausted all its resources and is now telling me to go to the dealer. (Tho it did find all the info stating it was there and active in the as-builts) Any help would be great appreciated if someone has done this for this model year or knows what I am missing. Thanks.

So after much more research, it appears that FORScan is just not complete enough for this vehicle. After an analysis from Claude AI, comparing the factory ab file to all the abt files that I downloaded from FORScan. there is a great deal of information that is missing or misplaced. That is a little concerning. I will have to take the vehicle to the dealer to get the RKE fobs working it appears.
