2014 Ford Flex & OBDLink MX+

Hi, I have a 2014 Ford Flex Limited with Ecoboost. I purchased the OBDLink MX+ and their included software for iOS properly identifies the car including Ecoboost and connects to the car but I can't find a way to clear a code. My friend has a device and Android app and was able to clear my code. That code has come back after a few weeks. I purchased FORScan lite for iOS but when I connect it asks which car "Ford Flex" or "Lincoln MKT". When I select "Ford Flex" it comes up and says "Unable to identify the vehicle" "If PCM has a custom tune installed, please enter strategy/calibration name or part number of FACTORY PCM (ex. PC3A-14C204-FGB)" The software then says contact developers. I bought the car new and am the first and only owner and I've never done any modifications.
