chime disabled when disabling easy entrance exit feature

As the title states. I disabled my easy entrance/exit feature and it also seems to have disabled my seatbelt chime. Are they tied together?

Also I'm surprised I was able to disable the easy entrance/exit feature because the program hung at 25% and it stated the process was unable to run.

Any thoughts on these two issues?
