Can't find PATS option for 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt with FORScan v2.3.69

Hello, new to the forums. I'm trying to program a second fob/remove all missing fobs for my newly acquired mustang. I've purchased the year license, I've updated all drivers/software. I can't seem to find an option to get into PATS period. Every module in the program only gives me the option to reboot said modules. I can't even find anything at all that says PATS in there. I'm using the recommended OBDLink EX cable. Is the 2019 mustang not supported? Or am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you don't see the option, then Forscan can't program keys for that vehicle. Read the forum sticky on PATS for more information.
