TIMED IGNITION ALARM-KEY FOB PROGRAMMING FAIL

Hello all, new member here. I've got a 2014 Ford PIU that was equipped with the key fob option from the factory per my local Ford Dealership. I am unable to get any key fob to program and to match this unit. I have verified the part # and the FCC ID # given to me from Ford. I believe there is a parameter setting that is preventing the keyless fob from proper mating. There is a timed alarm setting that gives me approx. 20 seconds to turn the ignition on when the vehicle is unlocked from any of the doors. I have looked for this alarm in Forscan but cannot locate anything that would make sense. Does anyone have any info on this type of alarm setting? I would really like to turn this feature off as it is really inconvenient to have to turn the ignition on within the 20 seconds if my hands are full or if I have my puppy with me. I believe that once I can disable this alarm parameter that I will be able to program the key fobs. Any help on either of these would be appreciated.
