2017 Escape S 2.5l forscan with ext license and OBDLinkEX
I would like to have my ICP display individual tire PSI. Also want to have oil life remaining to be shown as an option. Prior gen escapes had the ability to display the oil life remaining . Has anyone swapped a ICP from a Lincoln MKC into an Escape?
I have replaced my radio control panel with one from a 2016 Focus with a Sirius option. Radio and controls work fine , when you press the Sirius button I just get an error message in display that says not equipped see dealer. Sync and bluetooth work fine.
I have found this info about commonalty of the vehicles.

Another question. Has anyone increased mileage on odometer to the max ie 9999999 and does it roll over to 0 or what?

You will have some problems installing IPCs from different models even though they are on the same platform. Most features will work, but not all. Even upgrading IPCs from the same model but upgraded hardware can be problematic because new features may not be supported by firmware in other modules.

Yes, somebody tried to rollover the mileage and it did not work.

With some research and effort newer /different IPCs have been made to work but you won't find any help on the Internet (unless you are following someone's specific situation and instructions).

I spent many hours trying to find settings that worked in Focus and Escape to see if the worked in Transit Connect and they did not. But changing IPC settings is fast, easy and won't brick anything so experimenting is very low risk.
