Programing used keyless entry fob 2021 Bronco Sport

I have searched this forum and had no luck with my question. I have a 2021 MY Ford Bronco Sport with keyless entry. I only have one key. I bought a used exact fob (same FCC ID, same model vehicle, etc.) as the working original fob. I don't see the PATS module in FORScan. How would I go about programming the new (used) fob? I understand that I may have to delete all programmed keys and then reprogram 2 keys; however, there isn't even a PATS option displayed. Is PATS part of a different named module? I have a paid FORScan licence and have updated the software.
