2020 f250 6.7 diesel had dtc P0133 - Nox sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 was not working correctly, Tested performance with Forscan and confirmed NOx B1 S1 sensor was bad.
Replaced NOx B1 S1 sensor. Within 5 miles MIL came on. Checked DTC's with Forscan which showed following DTC's:
OBD2 - P220A
OBD2 - U059E
PCM - U059E - Invalid data received from NOx Sensor 'A'
PCM - 220A - NOx sensor Supply Voltage Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1, DTC maturing - intermittent at request
PCM - P00BD - Mass or Volume Air Flow 'A' Circuit Range or Performance - Air Flow too High
PCM - P06EA - NOx Sensor Processor Performance Bank 1 Sensor 1
PCM - P2073 - Manifold Absolute Pressure/Mass Air Flow - Throttle Position Correlation at Idle
Research shows that NOx Sensor needs to be reset after part has been replaced. Have searched the internet for info on how to reset NOx sensor using Forscan, but have not found any useful info.
When I open Forscan:
Service Functions does not show a procedure for resetting the NOx Sensors.
Configuration and Programming does not show anything related to resetting the NOx Sensors
If there is a way to reset the NOx sensors on a 2020 F250 6.7 diesel using Forscan please tell me how. I'm rather simple so step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
