Programming bcm + rfa focus 2017

Car is 2017 Focus

Trying to program replacement bcm and rfa. Managed to sync bcm and rfa and add 2 keys. Car does not start. Noticed in forscan when choosing rfa programming pats transponder no longer shows only shows 2 keys programmed. Currently able to get ignition but no crank at all.

Only error codes are U201f-13 in RFA. I’ve checked keyless receiver in driver side headliner no corrosion.
PCM has a P161 code but I’m unable to initialise rfa with forscan. Tried with J2534, Ford VCM and Vlinker no luck at all. Any ideas?
