Hello,
I have done a Rolling code reset on a Ford Focus 1.6 petrol with Siemens SIM 22 ECU via Meucci immo software.
What is next step please? Is this a self learning procedure, just plug it back and turn ignition on, or Ford diagnostic tool needs to make alignment and does FORScan can do this?

we would answer if we understood the question, but we don't understand it. If you are talking about PATS functions, they are not implemented in FORScan yet.
