Hi guys, new to the forum, i'm just wondering what programming i can do with FORscan?? My partner has a 2006 Ford Territory and the ICC needs to be programmed into the system, i'm wondering if i can do it with FORscan and a bluetooth elm327?? Am i also able to turn off PATS with this for engine swaps?? I know i can code in keys with it, but am i able to code in keys on a 2000 model ford Falcon?? What about programming in new ECU's for Ford Falcons from 2000 to 2008?? Any insight to this would be great. I have already got the extended license agreement purely for personal use on my own cars as i have second key to program in on my vehicles.
Cheers Kole.
ps, please move the post if i have posted it in the wrong section.

Hi Kole,
I believe you should be able to link a ICC to the system and program new PCM on BA BF Falcons and Territories with this program. I do not think you can turn OFF PATS completely, and it is not really clear why you need to do that for engine swaps?

its for engine conversions sorry. and its so the car will start once everything is hooked up. I do some later model falcon motors into earlier model falcons and for them to start with a ba bf ecu, pats needs to be turned off. I suffered a dead ecu earlier this year and it would have come in handy to be able to turn pats off on one of my spare ecus. I had to wait 4 weeks for my tuner to be available to tune a spare ecu and turn pats off so I could use it.

ok, i am not sure it is possible to turn off pats within the pcm with forscan. When we do pats reset for coding keys etc, we actually go into BEM menu and choose PATS. Anyway, good luck with your project.
