i cannot connect to my ELM327

can anyone help me i cannot connect my OBD2 Bluetooth ELM327 with my ranger 3.2 .
And i tried to connect with my computer it doesn't work to . or is it my obd is not good ?

can't answer that question but mines has gone the same , i lost me elm327 and bought another and bought another , it connects to forscan via wifi but wont read vehicle details or go further than reading vegicle details then crashes
