I upgraded someone's ford from SYNC 2 to SYNC 3 and everything is working correctly except when i put the car in reverse the camera shows up with the green/yellow/red grid lines but when I turn the wheels the dynamic grid lines is not turning.
Any help appreciated.

I dont have the option in FORScan for steering angle sensor
