2018 f150 IPMA calibration?

Post by antho »

Good afternoon,
Im currently working on adding Lane Keep Assist and it calls for calibrating the IPMA/Camera. I could not find the calibration on my prior version so i downloaded the 2.3.13 Beta version for windows 10 and still cannot see this Calibration. I am looking under the wrench and can see the IPMA but only shows to reset. Any help? Thanks!

You will have to have IDS to do it and also the special calibration targets you have to place around vehicle.

Like libby has stated you will need to get ahold of someone with an IDS. HOWEVER, I am a technician at a Ford dealer and am not even sure that we have the quite large calibration mats/targets needed to do so. IPMA recalibrating isnt something that is done on a regular basis. In my 5 years of working there i have yet to see any one bring in a lane keep assist issue. Good luck!
