GEM module reset not working. 08 f350 6.4

I accidentaly put positive signal to the ngo to negative park light trigger to the sjb. now my park lights only come on when you go to headlight our auto courtesy. foit rscan with the vcm2 clone tries to do a module reset gets halfway and fails. what gives? tried 2 types of connectors. tells me this will reset turn key off? i was installing a ford remote starter and had the prk light jumper wrong. does anyone thin it fried the park ciruit on the sjb?
