Just a quick comment on the latest release notes - it really is a pleasure to see such active support. Odd issues are bound to creep into any application which is rapidly evolving, especially one which addresses such a wide range of targets and where the target protocols are not freely available.
What makes for strong customer relations/support in my book is a prompt response to such issues; not neccessarily an immediate fix but an acknowledgement that they may exist and then a timely investigation/response depending on the nature of the problem.
