Current version of FORScan is not designed to display this type of PIDs in Dashboard. First, it should be displayed as a hexadecimal and not converted. It is currently converted from 4-bytes integer to float and then back to integer, and loses on this conversion because float type has no enough precision.
These PIDs are internally used in service functions and tests, we usually disable them in Dashboard, as they do not make much sense to be displayed in Oscilloscope etc. What is the necessity, in your specific case, to get TPMS IDs in Dashboard?
The tire pressures were identical (like 3.07 Bar) on two of the tires, I just wanted to make sure the car had the 4 unique TPMS ID's stored. The dashboard is the only place I knew of where I could see, are they available somewhere else?
At this moment - there is no other place... In the future versions this information will be either available in the vehicle configuration information, or in special test/service functions. We will also think on displaying them properly in Dashboard in one of next versions...
Vehicle configuration information sounds like a good idea since they aren't a varying quantity. Ideally Ford would have displayed the TPMS pressures on one of the three LCD screens

Ive added these a few months ago to Torque. They work great for getting the exact value for each tire on the 2013 Focus ST.
