I have the same code: U3000:49 in the BCM on two different trucks. Cargo lights and puddle lamps no longer work. There are no shorts or grounds on any of the circuits, they just simply quit working.

Same thing happens on my 2013 F-150 STX. My solution is just to use the "just a key" to start it.
