I am struggling to understand what a couple of the Forscan acronyms actually refer to, anyone know ?

Ambient temp' fuel injection timing quantity.

Mk 7 2012 2.2 RWD E5.
1 Eng clatter when eng is cold.
2 Eng stops when under load.

1 The previous eng and this recon eng in the winter when the ambient temp is about 12 C or less - clatter when the eng is running but still cold - in 1st gear ...

VSS vehicle speed in live data is in KMPH.
Can it be changed to mph?
If it can be changed how do I change it?

At idle in 1st move forward - no need to touch the accelerator.
At idle in reverse move backwards - no need to touch the accelerator.

My vehicle:
FORWARDS.

It seems that without the codes there's little that can be done should a fault linked to injectors occur.

The engine is not naturally aspirated - it is turbo charged.
The vehicle is situated in the British Isles.

Is a performance flash the same as mapping and remapping?

Continental, which is moulded into the top of the injector cap, have stated that the injectors they supply have the inj' code written on the top of the inj'.
Continental only sell a complete inj'.

Don't know if injectors are originals.

Is there a performance flash running on the engine? What is this?
