Mazda 6 2.2 175d - Loss of power until engine started again

Hey there,
it happened a few times, now more often. While driving, sometimes there is a massive loss in power (getting slower on Autobahn/highway) and shortly after like the whole dashboard is acting up, SBS disabled, Driver Altert disabled etc, car has no power anymore, shifts really rough. I've dumped a log. Simply turning the car off and on again sovles the issue so far, but I wanted to ask for your opinion what I may can do about it?

Hi, I'm facing the exact same issue - P0299 (Turbo/Supercharger “A” Underboost)
Turbo makes whining noise under 2,500rpm and after that it kicks in properly and boosts fine.
After driving for some more time, lights are lit with xmas lights on dashboard, TMPS, SMBC malfunction etc.

It’s going into limp mode due to the engine oil getting too hot.
It also has an underboost code which could be caused by a boost leak or other issue.
Those engines have a lot of common problems, I would check the engine oil level and see how dirty it is. They tend to blow the injector seals and fill the oil up with soot assuming it’s a 2.2 skyactive.

Looks more like a coolant temperature problem as thats far higher and they are usully quite close as the coolant cools oil.

By all means check condition of oil, level, colour and feel, rub some between finger and thumb, it is harmless as long as you clean your hand and wash them in hot soapy water.

If coolant temp is going up have you checked yot header tank when cold. When hot is it spitting frommthe header tank, could be sign of Head gasket failing, unusual on a disel unless laboured a lot on hills or if towing.
