I was changing some configuration settings on my Ford Mondeo (MK5, 1.5 TDCi, 2015, manual) using FORScan, and after that, the steering wheel audio control buttons (volume up/down and mute) stopped working.

Could you please help me restore the correct settings so that the steering wheel buttons work again?

Use the asbuilt data you saved before starting to make any changes to restore the function.

I guess you can SET to Factory Default on the bottom of the screen.
Then the original AsBuilt will be loaded and installed.
