How to program Central Configuration using FORScan

OK, I have stepped on a few mines, how do I get out of the minefield?
I have a MK4 2012 1.6 EcoBoost Mondeo estate and have attached a towbar with a CAN module for the lights. Being an avid DIYer thought I would try programming it myself.
Started off with ELMConfig and changed the trailer option to 13 pin socket and it worked. Previously all but the tail lights worked, now all the lights work and reverse parking sensors disable when caravan plugged in. The problem was the cigarette lighter and centre console 12V outlets stopped working . The rear outlet still works, fortunately.

So I had a fresh look at Forscan, which I had used to track a stretching camchain on a Mazda 6 2.2D and general DTCs on a galaxy before that.
Now Forscan can view and modify Central Config settings and looks promising.

Plugged it in with extended license and switchable OBD dongle, put the BG9T-14C097-AA.vbf in the /documents/calibrationfiles folder and ran the BCM service.
The usual beebing and ECU error and clock/date resetting and the data is up on the screen. Had a look through but could not find anything on the 12V power outlets so shut down to have a bit of a think.
Then I find that the Bluetooth, Aux input and USB have now been disabled and I have not found a way to get them back . I had not even clicked on WRITE to change anything, just read the data, though it does down load the bootloader I think.
I am on holiday for the next couple of weeks towing the 'van, so I don't want to risk killing the car completely before then or I'll be in trouble.
Using one of the links on the forum, I downloaded BG9T-14C095-AK.vbf. The Forscan info screen says this is the Calibration file for my cars BCMii. Opening it in notepad it says it is a sw_part_type= DATA and it is about 33kB.
Forscan uses BG9T-14C097-AA.vbf as the bootloader and it has sw_part_type= SBL and it is only 11kB.
So is BG9T-14C095-AK.vbf the data I need to restore my missing functions, if so how do I use it? There is a Reset module function I have seen, will this upload the data? Something I will need to look into after hols.
In the meantime, does anyone else have experience of this and can offer a way out, or am I bound to a dealership to reprogram after a bit more trial and error?

you should try reverting back to as-built with elmconfig and then setting desired parameters again.

I have tried to find the "as built" file, but no luck on various suggested links.
I have a couple of things to try before work takes over for a couple of weeks.

The solution is suggested in the screenshot you pasted... check ForScan release notes.

Yup, first thing I checked.
Never had anything in it that may have blown the fuse, but odd things can happen so checked just in case.

Also my bluetooth, aux input and USB came back on line on their own.
As I said, I was going on holiday towing our caravan, so the trailer lights module being active was useful.
On returning home and parking the caravan I unplugged the electrics whilst the car was running. I usually turn the engine off.
Next day going to work and turning the radio on, I notice that the AUX input option was active on the centre display.
Further button pushing showed that BT, AUX input and USB were available and they worked .
I cannot say for sure that unplugging the caravan with the engine running kicked them back into life, but it is a bit of a coincidence.
12V outlets still off though. I think I had better get my meter out and check the wiring just to be sure.
