Nothing is working!!!
When you already know that you are Blacklistet, why are you still using it?
Symply switch back to the old system where the key could be downloaded via the web-site!
Or better make a softwareupdate where no licens is necessary.
Sorry for my anger, but tomorrow i need my car and i have to configure the CC. But cant because you changed the the system in a way it isnt working.

First, this is not our fault. These ISP and mail service providers implement a quite discriminatory and unfair blocking policy. We had to transfer our mail server recently, and good "reputation" of old IP address was lost.

Second, we don't like users that use our product and service for free and are impundent enough to whine and complain.

Never ever had this before, and my isp isnt listed under the blocked? can admin help please?

2026 update - has this blacklist of mail domains been fixed btw?
