I am having problems once it is supposed to be downloaded and adobe reader states can not open, and I am downloading and not running on install. Also, on my version of forscan 2.3.12 it does not show the hardware id, which I have written down elsewhere, not does it say to install license

When I move the download to desktop it shows an adobe acrobat reader icon on it. Is this normal, also forscan software does not state anywhere in it to "load license key" Thanks!

Right click on the Extended License you downloaded... Look at Properties... it should read FORScanLicense.key

I would like to apply for the extended license for my 2001 Ford Ranger due to having two keys but only one of them actually starts my truck. I think I could use the PATS feature of FORScan to see what the second key is doing/not doing, of if it's a clone..etc.

Is there a specific mod or go to person that we PM. I wasn't sure if it was a email all group and then a Mod picks it up or if there is someone specific that likes to handle it (I just don't want to step on people's toes..etc.)

Hope that's not a stupid question. So far I am loving ForScan. Just used it yesterday on my ranger and was surprised at all the information I could see from it!

Thanks,
-Nigel
