This shows up if you already have modified the firmware. Or your dealer has.
I guess none of my modules has original firmware left. So I see this message every time i touch them.
With Forscan 2.40 I modified every Module exept APIM and PSCM (I was warned by Forscan NOT to do this)

Changed on my 2011 Focus:
Hill Assistant, Auto High Beam, Sync 3 with Navigation, Traffic Sign recognition, Lane Keep Assist,
Lane Centering Aid, Rain Sensor, Ambient & Footwell Light, FL ST-IPC, BLIS, HSW from Focus FL.
