From what I research:
Most cars built after 06/2017 have the Customer Spare Key Programming bit disabled and you will need to pay a visit to your dealer to add it to the car.
Can you check your REPLACING A LOST KEY OR REMOTE CONTROL from your manual, if it look like mine then the only option is pay a visit to your dealer.

Hi fordmax, I’m litle bit confused. Do all three keys works forw remote opening and keyless starting or only the new 3rd key and the other two have to be placed into a slot? I would really appretiate if all 3 keys works as normal with an advantage of 3rd key to remotelly start the engine. I don’t understand why those 2 original keys stop working after programming. Is this possible? I have smax mk2 2016 btw.

Yes all three keys (2 old original and 1 new key to remote start) forw remote opening and keyless starting.
because I did not make any changes to the RTM module.
if a new key not work , you will need to make a change to the RTM module.
but then the old 2 original keys will no work, except for the spare slot.
Thank you very much for reply. What key for remote start do you have? Could you send me a link? It woul be great if two original smax keys works together with new remote one key. For what I’ve understood from that Polish video is that those two original keys are not working after pairing new key for remote start but I don’t understand why.
My two original keys are DS7T-15K601-DD and was thinking about DS7T-15K601-EF
I can confirm that the programming is successful on my Mondeo Mk5 2018. Just follow the guide, except the last step is Press & Hold the Start/Stop button until IPC popup message key learn successful. I can learn 2 new keys.
Thanks for table. Seems frequency in that table is not correct as these keys are more to 434Mhz
DC is basically same as DD of mine. So ED could work for me as well, where did you get it from ?
