Thanks again!

I took off temp sensor 2 (in DPF). Wires were quite bad condition, I clipped bad parts away and attached new.
Also there was little weird signs in sensor, don't know does those matter..?

Put everything back and to test drive. Again, no values for sensor 2.
So I think I'll go to Ford tomorrow and buy new sensor 2. Well see if that helps. Of course there's always possibility that's there something wrong in wires before actual temp sensor wires, but I think its quite uncommon, special when it shows 5v voltage for sensor.
Otherwise everything else looks good, I think. DFP pressure isn't so high and DPF condition look quite good, 28%.

supply voltage for sensor 5v is normal, output voltage to ecu depends on resistance (change temperature). Of course if shortcut you will see full 5v on diag. Normal working conditions can be for example 0,5-3v...
Also you can have broken wirings from sensor plug to ecu. I have repaired it many times on many vehicles (not only Ford).

Maybe I'll take it off once again and add 5v voltage to sensor and check output value. Warming sensor should change voltage, am I right ?
I don't want to buy new sensor if its ok. It costs 150 euros.

Connect on plug and measure direct on plug or (and) on ecu.

Don't have diagrams so don't know which connector in ECU.

Any idea are temperature sensors 1 and 2 same kind on sensors ?
I could try wires by swithing temporary 1 and 2 sensors with each other. I'd see if sensor 1 gives values to ECU's sensor 2 place.

No they are not same, different plug and impedance. Measure on the plug and also ECU. No other way to help, just do elementary measurings with multimeter.

Plug C, pin 25 supply 5v, pin 19 1st sensor, pin 20 2nd sensor.

I can notice that you have lot of experience of this so still little advice if you mind..
Should have car running and take voltage when connector is connected to edu ? So need to take e.g. needle and measure voltage through wire ?
Or is there easier way ?

Ok, once again, little update.

Tested both sensors.
First I took sensor off from connector and put extra wires between connectors. I couldn't measure wires as it were on their places. I have only small drive ramps in yard so not so easy to work under car.
Also removed sensor from exhaust pipe. I made to extra wires places were I attached multimeter to check voltage.
Put power on to car and voltage was 5.0V. Warmed up sensor with gas fire blower. Not happened.

Did exactly same think to EGT1. Almost immediately when fire touched sensor, voltage started degrease.
Attached sensor 2 again and moved multimeter as close as possible to sensor. Same thing, nothing happened. Voltage stayed all the time in 5.0V.

So I think we can do conclusion that sensor in dead because it doesn't change voltage even sensor temperature changes.

Yes, i agree. You have confirmed what we have seen on diag.

Finally got new sensor. In Finland (where I live) price for new sensor would be 186 euro
I ordered from Germany and price with shipping cost were 129 eur. Amazing difference.
Just got it changed and went to test drive. Regeneration started almost immediately and went through two times. Just checked from my earlier post that DPF load was 49% and DPF soot % was 231.
I did regen once manually after test drive and here's values after that.
No fault codes anymore.
So I think everything is now ok. VERY BIG THANKS to Ericfrog of very big help!!!
